SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship items within one business day of purchase. If more than two business days (Tuesday-Saturday) have passed and we have not shipped your order, please email info@empdancewear.com and we will make it right!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. 

  3. All tights and undergarments are FINAL sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  5. Please email info@empdancewear.com to initiate a return or exchange. 

  6. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
